Company & Tax Details

Before you can send live SMS messages through the Rayo SMS platform, you must submit your Company Details for verification.

Why Company Details Are Required

Rayo SMS uses your verified company profile for two essential purposes:

Platform Compliance & Anti-Abuse: Evaluating your legitimacy as a business authorized to send commercial and transactional SMS messages.
Automated Invoicing: Issuing official tax invoices for every credit purchase you make on the platform.

Submitting Your Company Details

Open the Company Details Page

In the top navigation bar, click Advanced → Company Details (/company_details).

Fill in Your Business & Tax Profile

Complete the required fields accurately:

Field	Description
Legal company name	Your registered business or sole-proprietorship legal name.
Profession	Your primary business activity or profession description.
VAT number	Your tax identification / VAT registration number.
Tax office	Your local tax authority (applicable where required by local tax law).
Address	Registered street address and number.
City	City or municipality.
Zip code	Postal / ZIP code.
Country	Country of registration.
Website URL	Your company website URL (e.g., `https://www.example.com`).

Review and Submit

Click Submit (or Save) and confirm the submission dialog. Double-check that your VAT number and legal name are exact before confirming.

Verification States

Once submitted, your Company Details page displays the current verification status in the page header (Company Details [State]):

Under Review: Your details have been submitted and our compliance team has been notified. Reviews are typically completed within 24 hours, and you will receive an email notification as soon as your profile is updated. While your details are under review, you can still click Edit to correct any typos.
Confirmed: Your business profile is approved! You now have full access to live SMS sending and credit purchasing, and invoices will be generated automatically using these details.
Rejected: The submitted information could not be verified. Please check your email for instructions or use the in-app Contact form to reach support.

Updating Confirmed Company Details

Once your company details reach the Confirmed state, they are locked against self-service edits to ensure tax and invoicing integrity (Your company details cannot be edited).

If your company changes its legal name, address, tax office, or VAT number in the future, simply open the Contact page (/contact_us_requests/new) from the left sidebar and send us the updated details—our team will update your profile for you.
